OUR Cuvées
Our family-owned estate, located in Monthelon and founded in 1947, has been crafting Champagne and Ratafia Champenois for three generations, drawing on the terroirs of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay and the Côte des Blancs.
OUR CHAMPAGNES
Our Champagne cuvées are the very expression of freshness and indulgence, standing out for their intensity. Each cuvée is designed and crafted to elevate both simple and refined dishes.
We skillfully play with barrel aging, low dosage, vintage selections, or the unique characteristics of the grapes (single vineyards, soil quality, etc.) to create a diverse range of Champagnes, each with its own personality.
THE RATAFIAS CHAMPENOIS
Julien Chopin Ratafias Champenois are crafted by grape variety — Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc… — each revealing its own personality.
Some are made using the Champenoise-style solera method, while others are aged outdoors, each technique bringing its own character and serving as a guiding thread in the creation of the product.
Julien Chopin’s Ratafias Champenois have a natural appeal in the world of mixology and gastronomy. They bring indulgence to a cocktail and offer a surprising pairing with dishes throughout a meal!
